Saitama Marathon 2025 offers a variety of clinics to encourage all entrants to take up the challenge.
Women’s Runner Support Clinic (Applications for (1) have been extended.
The clinic is designed for beginner or novice female runners to help them continue exercising even after life stage changes such as childbirth or child rearing, or even if they have lost interest in exercise due to life stage changes, and to help those who feel anxieties and worries unique to women to continue running while building a community and having fun. The clinic supports women who have lost interest in exercise due to life stage changes, such as childbirth or child rearing.

This is a training session for those aiming for sub-3 or sub-3.5! This clinic is designed for those who have been running well on a regular basis, but want to practice before the event in a way that they cannot do on their own.

Urawa Komaba Stadium Free Run
You can run on the track at Urawa Komaba Stadium! Anyone who has entered the Saitama Marathon 2025 Marathon division is welcome to participate.
You can run at your own pace on the track at Urawa Komaba Stadium, or in a group!
