For the marathon division (second round of entries), in addition to regular entries, there will be a privileged entry (team competition entry).

- Only general competitor entries will be accepted for the second round. Entry as a JAAF-registered athlete is not allowed. However, JAAF-registered athletes may enter as general competitors.
- The commemorative goods will be sports towels, not T-shirts (the commemorative goods for the first round of applications).
- Please confirm the participation guide and the convention program from the official convention website in advance.
- Athlete bibs, measurement chips, commemorative goods, etc. will be handed out at the runner pre-registration desk on the day before the event.

Pair Run section
The pair run section is not limited to parents and children, but couples and friends can also participate.
In addition, the start will be divided into two times at 10:00 and 10:20.
4-hours team run section
The popular team run was held at Saitama Stadium 2002 for the first time in two years.
Let’s run with your family and friends on a special course where you can run on the side of the pitch in the stadium!

Cancellation after application due to personal reasons is not allowed and entry fee is not refundable.
False declarations of age, records, etc., or entries by persons other than the applicant himself/herself will not be accepted. If any irregularities are found, not only will the entry be cancelled, but future applications for the event may also be rejected. In such cases, the entry fee will not be refunded.
Overdeposits and duplicate deposits are not refundable.
The organizer shall not be liable for any injury, illness, illness, incident or accident during the event, except those caused by the intentional or gross negligence of the organizer.
Entry fees are non-refundable if the event is cancelled due to disasters, weather conditions, incidents, accidents, infectious diseases, or other reasons beyond the control of the organizer.
