I am considering entering a team competition, what information will be required for the team at the time of entry?
The team information required at the time of entry is as follows
Team name (max. 15 characters)
Name, gender, sex, date of birth, address, telephone number, and emergency contact information for all team members.
Do I need a certificate of attendance, etc.?
Running certificate is not required. Although there is a section on the entry website regarding race certificates, there is no need to submit one.
Is it necessary to register the personal information of the accompanying person or other information?
No registration is required for accompanying runners. Athlete bibs for accompanying runners will be sent to you in advance, so please wear them.
I would like to apply for a child in the EnJoy Run category (1.2km), but since I have registered the parent’s information, I cannot enter due to age restrictions.
You can enter by registering your child’s information through Family Entry.
Participation Prizes/Products
There seem to be two types of T-shirts, is there any difference?
The T-shirts will be available in the following two types, each with a different design.
(1) T-shirts given to applicants for the marathon and 8km divisions as commemorative goods for the event.
The cost of the T-shirt is included in the entry fee, so there is no separate payment.

(2) T-shirts sold for a fee at the time of entry for each event (8km, wheelchair, EnJoy Run, parent-child run, pair run, and 4-hour team run) except for the marathon portion. Separate payment is required (price varies by size).

Are there any participation prizes or medals to commemorate the completion of the race?
Commemorative goods to be given to all entrants will vary depending on the event. For details, please check the “Commemorative Goods” on the official website. The finisher’s medal is currently being adjusted. Details will be announced on the official website as soon as they are determined.
About the Competition
In the 4-hour team run division, are the start times, etc. different if I sign up for the 4-hour team run with 4 people or with 12 people?
In the 4-hour team run category, the start, finish, and awards will be the same regardless of the number of participants.
What is the distance for the wheelchair category?
It is about 800m.

How will we get from Komaba Athletic Park to the station after the goal of the 8km section? Also, what will happen to my baggage?
Due to traffic restrictions, buses will be out of service, so the nearest station will be a walk (approx. 21 min walk to JR Urawa Station, approx. 22 min walk to JR Kita-Urawa Station). Baggage will be transported to Komaba Athletic Park.

Is it possible to participate in the wheelchair division using my regular electric wheelchair?
If you use a wheelchair for daily life, not for competition, you may participate in the event with an electric wheelchair or a walker on wheels, etc.
About the Venue
How will baggage be managed?
For the marathon and 8km sections, baggage will be checked inside Saitama Super Arena. For the 8km race, baggage will be collected at Saitama Super Arena and transported to Komaba Athletic Park, the finish line.
I will be participating in the parent-child run section. Can I leave my baggage with you?
There will be no baggage storage for events other than the marathon and 8km categories. Those who run in the parent-child run category are requested to take care of their own valuables.
I would like to go and cheer for the 4-hour team run, is there an area where I can cheer?

Is there a bicycle parking lot near Saitama Super Arena?
Temporary bicycle parking will be provided. The location and other details will be announced on the official website of the event.
Regarding the events to be held on February 12, the venue is “Saitama Super Arena and others”.
The finish line for the 8km event will be at Komaba Undo Koen, and the start for the 8km event and the start/finish line for all other events will be at Saitama Super Arena.
About Volunteers
Are there any volunteer positions available for the “Saitama Marathon in Saitama Stadium” on November 19?
There are no volunteer positions available for the Saitama Marathon in Saitama Stadium.
I would like to apply to be a volunteer. Is there an age limit?
The applicant must be at least 15 years old as of the date of the activity (excluding junior high school students. (Exceptions may be made for group or group participation. There is no upper age limit, but please take into account that most of the activities will be conducted while the participants are on their feet for long periods of time.
Are the volunteer hours uniform for all volunteers?
Activity hours vary depending on the activity area. For details, please check the volunteer recruitment leaflet or the “Volunteer” page on the official website.
Do volunteers meet on-site at the location of their activities?
It depends on the activity area. In some activity areas, we will ask you to meet us at the nearest station and we will provide a shuttle bus to the activity location.
Are lunch and transportation provided?
No compensation, meals, or transportation will be provided. Those who participate in the activities will receive original staff wear for the conference and a QUO card (worth 500 yen).
