Before registering, please be sure to check the following pages.

Male runners will be asked about their preferred baggage check-in and return location at the time of entry.
There are three different baggage check-in and return locations, so please check the details on this page and select your preferred location.
The location of baggage check-in and return will be indicated on the athlete’s bib. For other details, please check the participation guide.
Baggage drop-off and return locations will be determined on a first-come, first-served basis.
For male runners entered in the team race, the same baggage check-in and return area will be used for each team.
For female runners, the baggage check-in and return location will be at Hotel Brillante Musashino.

About the walk-through system

In the walk-through baggage check-in and return system, you will be asked to place your baggage in the designated area and pick it up by yourself. The staff will check your baggage to ensure that there is no mistake.

From this year’s competition, in the Parent-child run category, a group of 3 people may participate in the event.

*Two sports towels and commemorative goods of the convention will be given.
*All participants must meet the eligibility requirements.
 A parent, a child (elementary school student), and a child (preschooler) cannot participate.

The goods will be available for purchase at the time of entry.
Shipping is scheduled for mid-November or later. Those who purchase the goods at the time of entry for the 【Saitama Marathon in Saitama Stadium】 Pair Run Category or 4-hour Team Run (General Category/Sweets Category) will receive them at the registration desk on the day of the event, November 23 (Sun).
*The goods can be purchased at the time of entry until September 1 (Mon).
*Sales will end as soon as the product is sold out due to limited stock.

The Pair run category is open to parents and children, couples, and friends.

The popular Team Run category will be held at “Saitama Stadium 2002”.

Application terms
・Cancellation after application due to personal reasons is not allowed and entry fee will not be refunded.
・False declarations of age, records, etc., or entries by persons other than the applicant himself/herself will not be accepted. If any irregularities are discovered, not only will your entry be cancelled, but you may also be denied entry to future competitions. In such cases, entry fees will not be refunded.
・No refunds will be made for overdrafts or duplicate deposits.
・Transfer of entry rights outside of Yuzure-ru is not allowed. If the transfer is found out, you will be disqualified.
・In the event that an official tournament merchandise is purchased at the time of entry and the entry right is transferred through “Yuzure-ru”, the transferee may choose to purchase the official tournament merchandise or return it. The transfer fee for the purchase shall be borne by the transferor. If the transferee does not agree to purchase or return the merchandise, the transferee may be denied entry to future competitions. In such cases, the entry fee will not be refunded.
・The organizer will not be liable for any injury, illness, illness, incident or accident during the event, except those caused by the organizer’s intentional or gross negligence.
・Entry fees will not be refunded if the event is cancelled due to disasters, weather conditions, incidents, accidents, infectious diseases, or other reasons beyond the control of the organizers.
・The organizer will not be held responsible for delays in application or payment due to Internet equipment or line malfunctions.

・You may not be able to apply depending on the terminal machine, OS, or browser software you are using.
・Clothing that offends the law or public order and morals, that makes political or religious claims, or that promotes a company, organization, or individual that is not approved by the organizer will not be permitted. If the organizers deem any of these to be the case, they may disallow participation and cancel the competition even after the start. In such cases, the entry fee will not be refunded.
・Minors must obtain the consent of a parent or guardian before applying.
・If your mailing address changes due to relocation, etc., please promptly change the information on the My Page of the entry site (RUNNET). The organizer will not be held responsible for any failure to receive advance mailings due to negligence of the change of address or other reasons.
Prohibitions
The following acts are not permitted at the convention. The following acts will not be permitted, as well as masquerades that may offend the rules and regulations set by the competition, other laws and regulations, and public order and morals.
If the organizers deem any of the following to fall under these categories, participation in the event will not be permitted and the competition may be stopped even after the start of the event.
The organizers will not be liable for any injury, illness, disease, incident, or accident during the event, except those caused by the organizers’ intentional or gross negligence.
Any objection to the contents of these guidelines will not be accepted.
・Wearing clothing or personal effects that may be dangerous to other runners, such as those that may injure other competitors or cause them to fall over, or covering the entire face (e.g., swords, sticks, armor, riveted clothing, etc. that may injure other runners upon contact. Carrying or carrying long or large objects such as streamers or flags. (Skirts with long hems, kimonos, etc., that are likely to cause falls.)
・Running with a high possibility of obstructing the path of other runners, such as multiple runners in a row.
・Clothing that is offensive to the law or public order and morals, offensive to other runners or spectators, or otherwise inappropriate for a sporting event (e.g., nude or near-nude underwear, costumes that suggest nudity, etc.).
・Clothing intended to promote political or religious claims, advertising, etc.
・Any attire that promotes or advertises the name of an individual, a specific region, or an organization that is not authorized by the organizer of the event.
・Use of any item that may be misinterpreted by other runners as the starting signal and cause confusion in the event operation (e.g., lighting devices that produce strong lights or flashes, whistles or whistles, fireworks that produce popping or explosive sounds, etc.) or any device that produces loud noise that may disturb other runners.
・Dancing, acting, playing, or standing still on the course, as well as near the start line or finish line, or any other form of delaying behavior.
・Asking other competitors for signatures, etc.
・Attempting to obstruct the public from crossing any part of the course during the competition.
・Any other activities not listed above that the organizers deem inappropriate for participation in the competition.
Personal Information
・The organizer recognizes the importance of personal information, complies with the Law Concerning Protection of Personal Information and related laws and regulations, and handles personal information in accordance with the organizer’s personal information protection policy. The personal information obtained will be used for the following purposes: screening of qualification for the event, production of the event program, announcement of records, official website of the event, other communications necessary for the operation of the event, information on events, etc. related to the organizer, and provision of services from sponsors, cooperating and related organizations.
・The Games may be covered by various media outlets, and may be broadcast on television and distributed via video on the Internet.
・Video footage, photographs, articles, and personal records of the event may be used by the organizer and third parties approved by the organizer for the purpose of running and promoting the event, and may be used in promotional materials such as the event program and posters, and in media such as television, radio, newspapers, magazines, and the Internet.
