- We expect considerable congestion and traffic jams in Saitama City, so please refrain as much as possible from using automobiles on the day of the event.
- During the restricted hours, we expect congestion on the roads around the course, so we ask for your cooperation in making the rounds.
- During the restricted hours, buses and cabs will not be available in front of Saitama-shintoshin, Kita-yono, Yono, Kita-Urawa, Urawa, Higashi Urawa, Urawa-Misono, Higashi-Kawaguchi, and Iwatsuki stations; please check the signs at bus stops and cab stands.
- Please note that buses will be cancelled or detoured. Please note that significant delays are expected.
- Please note that, in principle, pedestrians, bicycles, etc. are not allowed to cross the course during the restricted hours.
- Please follow the instructions of police officers and competition officials on the course and surrounding roads.
