
Lactic acid is a substance that increases in the body during hard exercise. The maximum intensity at which one can exercise without increasing lactic acid is called “LT,” and is said to be related to endurance exercise capacity, such as marathon running. This service determines this “LT” based on sweat lactate measurement and suggests the optimal marathon pace for you.

Contents
Running is performed with a sensor that can measure lactic acid from sweat and a heart rate monitor. Based on the measurement results, the appropriate speed for a full marathon is presented. Based on the results of the heart rate measurement, the participants will be advised on their own training menu and the appropriate speed for the race.
