This service determines this “LT” based on sweat lactate measurement and suggests the optimal marathon pace for you.

Running is performed with a sensor that can measure lactic acid from sweat and a heart rate monitor. Based on the measurement results, the appropriate speed for a full marathon is presented. Based on the results of the heart rate measurement, the participants will be advised on their own training menu and the appropriate speed for the race.
