Saitama Marathon Tie-up Project

We are looking for clinics, events, etc. that can help make the Saitama Marathon 2025 a great success together as a “Saitama Marathon Tie-up Project”.

Outline of Application

Eligible Businesses

Sports clinics, etc. that will be held until the day of the marathon (March 16, 2025) and that will promote the Saitama Marathon 2025, encourage entries, and help build momentum for the marathon are eligible for this program.
Examples: sports clinics, sports events, sports experience booths at events, etc.

Business

Please add “Saitama Marathon Tie-up Project” in front of the project name.
Example: “Saitama Marathon Tie-up Project: Running Class for Beginners”

The following projects are not eligible.
Those deemed to be related to political or religious activities
・Whose organization, responsible person, or venue is not clear
・Those that may harm the rights of Saitama Marathon sponsors
・Those that are related to antisocial forces
・Others deemed inappropriate by the Saitama Marathon Secretariat

Business Benefits

The project will be publicized on the official website of the Saitama Marathon and SNS.
We will inform the Saitama Marathon applicants of the project by e-mail.
The “Saitama Marathon” poster will be provided, and banners will be lent.

How to Apply for Business Certification

Please fill out the application for certification and submit it to the Saitama Marathon Secretariat by e-mail at least two weeks prior to the start of recruiting participants. For projects that have already started recruiting participants, please contact the Saitama Marathon Secretariat.
Notification of accreditation will be sent by e-mail.

Business Results Report

Within one month after the implementation of the project, submit an implementation report (report on the contents of the names listed, number of participants, etc.; any format is acceptable) to the Saitama Marathon Festival Secretariat. The form is optional) to the Saitama Marathon Secretariat within one month after the project is implemented.

Cancellation of Certification

In the event that any of the above exemptions occur after notification of the “Saitama Marathon Tie-up Project” accreditation, the accreditation will be cancelled and no further accreditation will be granted for any future projects applied for by that organization or group.

Others

The program will not provide financial assistance for the implementation of the project.
The purpose of the grant of the designation is to promote the Saitama Marathon, and the organizer of the said event shall be responsible for the operation of the said event.
If there are any interviews or inquiries regarding the Saitama Marathon after the certification of the designation, please contact the Saitama Marathon Secretariat for a response.
Matters that are difficult to handle under these guidelines will be decided separately.
